To the maximum extent permitted by law, EKAGRATA TECH PRIVATE LIMITED shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use of the Application. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the six months preceding the claim.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless EKAGRATA TECH PRIVATE LIMITED, its employees, and affiliates from any claims, damages, or expenses arising out of your use of the Application or violation of these Terms.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Updates will be posted within the Application or on www.shivik.in. Continued use of the Application after changes indicates acceptance of the revised Terms.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed under the laws of India. Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of New Delhi, India.
