The Service Provider grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Application solely for your business or personal purposes, subject to these Terms. You may not sublicense, rent, lease, or make the Application available to third parties without prior written consent.

Access to the Application is offered as a paid subscription service. You agree to pay all applicable fees as per the pricing plan you select. • All fees are payable in advance, are non-refundable, and are exclusive of applicable taxes. • The Service Provider reserves the right to modify subscription fees or introduce new pricing plans. Any changes will be communicated in advance. • Failure to make timely payments may result in suspension or termination of your access to the Application.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and all activities that occur under your account. • You agree not to misuse the Application for unlawful, fraudulent, or abusive purposes. • It is your responsibility to ensure your device has sufficient battery, storage, and a reliable internet connection to access the Service.

The Application collects, stores, and processes personal and business data in accordance with the Shivik Privacy Policy. • By using the Service, you consent to such data collection and processing. • The Service Provider takes reasonable security measures but is not liable for breaches caused by user negligence, including weak passwords, jailbreaking, or rooting devices.

The Service Provider aims to keep the Application updated and available at all times but does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. • Updates may be released from time to time, and you agree to install them to continue using the Application. • The Service Provider reserves the right to modify or discontinue features at its discretion.

The Application may integrate with third-party services (such as Google Play Services, APIs, or cloud providers). Each third-party service is governed by its own terms, and the Service Provider is not responsible for their performance or availability.

The Application is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind. • To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Service Provider shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including but not limited to loss of data, revenue, or business opportunities. • The Service Provider's total liability in connection with the Service shall not exceed the total fees paid by you during the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

You may stop using the Application at any time; however, fees already paid are non-refundable. • The Service Provider may suspend or terminate your access to the Application if you breach these Terms, fail to pay fees, or misuse the Service. • Upon termination, your license to use the Application ends, and you must cease all use of the Service.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or related to these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in New Delhi, India.

The Service Provider may revise these Terms from time to time. Updated Terms will be posted within the Application or on www.shivik.in. Continued use of the Service after updates constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
